I hate desk work and have always been interested in the trades (id be interested in a plumbing/electrical apprenticeship) its just something I never even considered because obviously dyspraxia and manual labour don't tend to get along. I'm a natural ginger but looking for a tan that will give me a sunbed tan without actually doing sunbeds. I've seen effn tan on tiktok (I've seen gingers even wear the ultra dark) and it seems it gives all the girls a tan that looks dark but not orange/unnatural. Obviously it's tiktok tho so I was just wondering here is it worth the hype? Should I buy the tanning water for my face or use the body one? Thank you!
Not specifically endo related but basically I have the mirena coil to try manage my endo symptoms while I wait for a lap. I've had 8 months of bliss then in the past 2 weeks all my period symptoms have suddenly made a return. I can feel my mirena strings etc so I don't think the mirena is the issue but I'm assuming my doctor will want to have a look to check. I know majority of women don't feel pain etc with the speculum and I was genuinely surprised when I did. But my uterus is tilted back and it's far back so my only option is the big silver metal one like i genuinely find the sensation of the speculum so painful/uncomfortable (once the speculum was positioned i found my coil insertion fine like the speculum was the worst part by miles). My doctor mentioned me having a tight/strong pelvic floor but does anyone have any tips for dealing with speculums/exams so I can actually go to fix my problems. Thank you!
I'm a pale ginger. I've tried like saint tropez etc and they try out my skin and make me look orangey. Tinted moisturiser is a bit to high maintaince for me like I want something more then a glow, I actually want a tan. Any recommendations are appreciated! Bonus if the tan is decent for people with dry skin. Thank you!

I've searched the sub already. Dr cliona at Eden medical is named alot but I can't seem to book a consultation with her on the website. Does anyone have any recommendations like I've heard sometimes that well known clinics dont automatically mean good. I'm looking for filler thats relatively natural and for someone (qualified) to help me achieve that. Thanks so much!
