Customer service & buying tickets at counter

We got tickets at the counter yesterday and were told "flex fare" includes a carry on. I realize that is incorrect info but there's no flex vs no flex online so we just thought it was different and believed the attendant.

Today I get a written email (not marketing email) from a customer service representative at Breeze saying they noticed no Nice bundle was added and that they can add one for $40, or I can just add a carry on for $40, and asked me which I want to do.

It seems obvious they know I expected a carry on and are seeing if I'll be oblivious and pay. I replied that we got flex for the carry on bla bla and that I expect something to be done about this. But I believe breeze's customer service is trash.

Am I cooked? anything like this ever happened to anyone else?

Switchyards: No lunch allowed?

I go to the Raleigh Switchyards today briefly which just opened and noticed on the rules it says "no full meals" and only snacks are allowed. Online it said "not meant to be a daily office" but advertises to remote workers. Even a remote worker who wants an office a few times a week would still need to eat lunch. Can I bring cold food or do I literally have to go outside for lunch? Does the Durham one also not allow lunch? Anyone know? TY
