So I just created an account like 3 days ago and I have been putting belt to as* in their 1 hour bitcoin binary. Never had a *loss* till today. Mind you I am aware of what these apps do when you are constantly winning (or maybe I’m just being paranoid).

Today I placed a trade for the 4pm bitcoin high. My position was NO it will not be above $65,000.00. Mind you I watch multiple bitcoin charts all day long, it is all I day.
So here comes 4pm and it was at $64,800 average. Draftkings said I lost. I contacted support and the staff told me to provide screenshot of closing price at 4pm. I did. Then I was told that in review of their CME Group bitcoin closed at $65,155.00 today aug 5th at 4pm. I called bullsh*t. One because I used thier CME chart as well as many others to get a rough idea of bitcoin price movements. I sent over screenshots and everything. Then they said that it closed at $65,080. Basically giving me a different price from what they gave me earlier. And their rule is that their closing price for that hour is counted by the final 60 seconds which is 15:59 (3:59pm) - 16:00 (4:00pm). Even though I know that it did not near $65,000 today I still studied their CME Group chart and it was under $65,000. Someone please look at the chart and let me know if I’m wrong.

Is there a lawyer or firm I can contact? Maybe arbitration?
Either way I am done with DK I withdrew what was left in my account and i am going somewhere else. Any suggestions? *No Kalshi* and no Polymarket because they don’t have crypto binaries in thier app atm. No robinhood because they are not letting my withdrawal my money and they take forever to settle. I tried fanduel but their props suck.
All I have is OG.com at the moment.. I will give coinbase a try.. *if you know or have any other apps or websites that have crypto binary trading by the seconds, minute(s), or hour(s) let me know*
