My bf has pinhole phimosis but it doesn't cause him any problems so he is fine just leaving it as is. Does anyone else have a partner with phimosis that is content to leave it alone?

My bf has pinhole phimosis. It doesn't cause him any problems so he prefers to keep it that way. Are there any others out there whose bf has phimosis but prefer to leave it that way?
