Single tile puddle of 48.2 grams of "liquid nuclear waste" has randomly appeared underneath one of my storage bins

I'm not doing anything nuclear as far as I'm aware. No nuclear reactors.

The storage bin currently contains: regolith, obsidian, mafic rock, sedimentary rock, and rust, but it's a generic sweep only storage bin with almost everything selected so it could've contained anything.

The most I've done is rarely use some temporary radiation generators to irradiate some slimelung and I have a radbolt generator next to a crashed satellite that I use for research at the materials study computer.

What possible things could have generated something that I put in my storage bin that leaked out as liquid nuclear waste?

There's a bunch of uranium ore i've dug out that's in the surface of the planetoid, but can that somehow generate nuclear waste?

The tooltip of the liquid says it contains nuclear contaminants but when I look at properties it displays zero surface germs which I believe is where nuclear contaminants are visible.
