Is there a difference between marking a burger as animal style vs. adding the ingredients manually? (Associates)

Lot of people at my store lately have been asking me for grilled onions / pickle / mustard fried not knowing those are all the ingredients added when asking for a burger animal style. But on the kiosk you can have a burger listed as [Dbl-Dbl Animal] or just the burger with the ingredients under it. Is there any difference at all when being cooked when the cooks read the grill tag? Or does it just make it easier for cooks when they're making the burger?

Am I able to close my debit account now that I'm 18? (BofA)

When I was around 13 or so, my grandmother had opened a debit account for me when she was visiting us. To note, my family and I are in California while she is in Chicago. Wanted to switch to Capital One from BofA so I opened up accounts there. When my grandmother opened my account though it wasn't like some kid one, it was just a normal debit account (I think if I look in my BofA app it says AdvantagePlus). I had asked my mom what process she might've did when opening it and she said it might've been a custodial account? I don't know banking terms but yeah that's the situation. Is there a way for me to close it without involving her? Like since I'm past 18 am I able to just zero my account myself then call to close it? She's very much not tech-savvy, a little hard of hearing, and also like halfway across the country so trying to coordinate a call with her at the same time for BofA would be a pain in the ass. If I'm able to that's great, if I have to coordinate a joined call I'm gonna cry lol

Thank you in advance!

How do I go about asking to cut my hours?

I put open availability when I applied but since I got hired they've been consistently scheduling me for ~6 hour shifts multiple days a week. I miss being home and seeing my family and friends especially since we all just got out of our first sem of college. I don't want to seem like I'm coming off as if I don't want the job or anything. Do I just text and let em know?

Easy ways to make small talk with guests while hosting?

was hired around a month and a half ago. lately, my manager has been really on my case about not interacting with the customers enough because i'm always cleaning the dining room and keeping everything stocked up. it's to the point where i just dread getting my checklist at the end of my shift if I was hosting that day cause I know they're gonna yell at me for not having more customer interaction. are there any easy questions to ask / tips for talking with customers while hosting? i'm pretty socially awkward and trying to make small talk with people is equally awkward. whenever i try making small talk, the customers always give one note answers, or answers that don't really open themselves to any follow up questions. thank you in advance.
