Plan B on birth control?

Hi all, I (21F) had sex with my bf last night but the condom broke & he ejaculated inside me. Wondering if I should take a Plan B. This has never happened before, and I’m on a Lupin combination pill (Drospirenone & Ethinyl Estradiol), but I don’t always take it at the same time every day. I’ve never missed a pill, just will sometimes take it a couple hours after my designated timeframe. I know the window for combination pill is 12 hours, just want to be safe and not take any chances.

Been reading up all the side effects & the way different bodies react to emergency contraception. I’ve talked to a few different women, but I know that it varies by person. Any advice will help!

Should I be concerned about this mole on my nose that’s gotten bigger?

Hi,

I’ve had this mole on my nose for some time. I’ve realized it’s become slightly enlarged/darkened, and slightly raised over the past 8 years. It’s almost about the same size as a mole I’ve had since childhood (which has not changed). Worries I need to get it checked out.

I wear sunscreen every single day, skincare, etc. I’m also Asian and have heard it’s less common in Asian populations, but am still concerned.

The first photo (smaller mole) is from 2018. The last two are from this month.

Anything helps!
