How bad would withdrawals be if I only smoked flower at night?

Long story short, I’m considering smoking weed again after nine years of abstinence. Last time I smoked and quit, I was smoking like 1.5 - 2.0g per day all day. Withdrawals when I quit were severe and lasted months.

The time before that however, I smoked for six months, but only after 8pm, and only like three small bong bowls. My withdrawals that time were minor only lasting a week or so.

My question is, and no one knows my body like me obviously, but wouldn’t my withdrawals be mild if I only smoked flower at night for maybe six to nine months?

I’m morbidly obese and very addicted to sugar. I need to make some major life changes. The time I smoked in 2016, I was able to wield it successfully. I ate super healthy and exercised daily. It improved my life dramatically.

I know smoking cannabis again now at age 36 would help me big time. I’m just worried about withdrawals if I were to start once I quit.

Extreme hunger at earlier doses (fourth shot)

Fourth shot (3.5 mg) yesterday, extreme hunger starting from two days before. Even last night after my morning shot. Ate a huge protein rich meal, still hungry. My other two meals earlier were also large.

Also having trouble sleeping.

Exhaustion, "hit by a truck" feeling, headache

Obviously Tirzepatide causes these issues, and since I recently did my third shot, it's not surprising I'm feeling this way.

(Three days ago I did my third shot, going from 2.5 to 3.5mg.)

My question is, what are some proven ways to overcome these symptoms, and how much does bad eating contribute? I'm still eating a lot, even though not super hungry (silly, I know).

I'm also eating a lot of dark chocolate and ice cream, plus fast food. Could that be contributing quite a bit?

As far as supplements go, I know people say electrolytes, B12, NAD, and B6. Is there anything that's proven to work?

I’ve only taken tirzepatide for two weeks. My third shot is tomorrow. Each time I’ve taken it, I get overwhelmingly tired for three days. Like hit by a truck, disabled level tired.

The kind of tired that isn’t from electrolytes or not eating enough.

Has anyone found a way to combat this?

And does anyone know if Wellbutrin would help? That medication has a stimulating effect even though it’s not a stimulant. And it gives a lot of people energy. My doctor prescribed it already and I’m debating if I’ll take it. She prescribed it for this reason and to help lose weight.

I ordered mine from gimme. Their titration schedule first month is 1.5 first two weeks, then 3.0 second two weeks.

After my two gimme vials are up however I’m ordering elsewhere but I still want to follow a safe schedule.

I realized 1.5 is subclinical, so this Thursday which is the start of my second week, I’m either going to 2.5mg or 3.0. Three doesn’t seem like a bigger jump than 2.5. It’s only .5mg.

Is that ok for the body?
