How do i make the pitched pad variation that starts at 00:05?
I'm pretty sure it's just a pitch change with reverb, but find it hard to replicate.
Always loved that sound as a kid.

slightly touched a parked car while parking while the owner was inside. Owner said it was fine and i could leave, 1 month later i received a letter from the police
Hi everybody, in need of help here.
Me and my girlfriend, who is german, were going home from a 1st of may party with a rented car.
While parking, we bumped on a car besides us and the owner was inside with a girl.
He honked at us and i got out of the car to check with him if there were any damages, and he told us that there was nothing and we could leave.
we said our thanks and sorrys and left, and now, after a month, i just received a mail from the police in which i'm accused of : "Verkehrsunfall mit Sachschaden/ Unfallflucht".
Has anyone been in this situation? i don't live in germany but my girlfriend does.
