Glowy makeup/sunscreen/self tan recs

I’m looking for glowy highlighters or makeup products, and sunscreens that work well under makeup or are tinted. I’ve been using an amazing tinted sunscreen but they changed the ingredients 😭

also, if you self tan what face and body tanner works for you? The face ones I’ve tried break me out

I have Ankylosing and rheumatoid. I’m on Rinvoq and it works pretty well, but for the past few months both of my knees have been bothering me and swelling to the point where I’m limping and can’t sleep. I told/showed my rheumatologist and she suggested adding another med. I asked if anything would show up if my knees were imaged and she said that’s only possible if you’re above 80 years old.

I’ve only had one single x-ray of my lower back in 2023. I have complete loss of lumbar lordosis, aka a flat back. At the last appointment she said my back appeared more flat than before. I do exercises at home but no PT referral, updated scans, or suggestions for relief other than adding a med that I know gives me intolerable side effects. I’m just curious how often others get scans.

I’m scared to take the pill because I’m on Rinvoq for an autoimmune condition, and because I’m on Zoloft which already gives me low blood pressure. I get acne mostly on my chin and temple area, it’s gotten so bad and I’ve tried to many things that haven’t worked :(
