First time getting bumps like this. They are all over the butt, groin, and inner thigh area. Hurts very little.

22F, random bumps / dark spots
Random bumps and spots have been showing up on my skin. Bumps are not itchy / burning and hurts very little. Various bumps mostly in the inner thigh, groin, and butt region. Went down the internet rabbit hole and apparently it could be early signs of Hidradenitis Suppurativa ?? Very stressed right now so want some additional input lol. Thanks !
