How do people run large mod collections without their game crashing?

Seriously stumped at this. My workshop folder is currently almost EXACTLY only 1 GB. No RNG mods, no HQ mods, no 4K mods, the most intensive things in my collection are the Remastered Survivors mods by Spicy_Jam and a bunch of weapon reanimation mods and that's it. Despite this, my game still gets crashes from "too many indices for index buffer" despite barely going over the limit.

Meanwhile, I see videos of people running super large crazy ass "REALISTIC" mods on Youtube with Survivor mods, Special Infected mods, COD weapons, 4K RNG textures and their games run just fine. What's going on here?

GTA 4 glazers will GENUINELY look at this screenshot tell you with a straight face it looks better than GTA 5 and NOT expect to get blasted in the face with a 12 gauge and have their internal organs removed and sold on the black market

[PC] [FLASH GAME] [2000s] Gory stickman sniper game

I remember playing this game around the late 2000s on one of those random "off-brand" flash game websites, so definitely not Newgrounds, Miniclip or Armor Games.

The game is simply a stickman sniping game, though I remember that this one had no objective aside from killing as many stickmen walking in front of you as possible, which already makes me positive that this is not Sift Heads.

I remember the game was very gory, as was usual for flash games from the time. I remember a heavy focus on stickmen reacting differently depending on where you shot them. Shooting them in the leg would make them collapse and begin crawling away off-screen, for example. I remember the game had some voice acting for the stickmen getting shot and it being pretty disturbing considering they had very high-pitched screams.

The background was simply grayish black and there wasn't much on-screen aside from the sniper scope and the stickmen walking around.

If anyone can recall what game this was, please comment below.
