How accurate is the RenalTech screening for CKD? I'm really freaking out. My cat is only 2.

My cat is only 2 years old. She has a history of feline cystitis (affects her bladder) and inappropriate urination, but it has gotten much better with treatment.

The vet did a renaltech test on her 6 months ago that came back positive. They did not tell us.

I only found out because we took her to another vet and when looking through her records they found it and asked about it. They said there is a 95% chance of her developing CKD within the next year and a half.

We immediately called the vet clinic that did the test, and they said that they don't put a lot of stock in the RenalTech prediction, especially for a 2 year old cat with normal kidney levels.

I don't know what to do. Should I switch her to a low protein food? What if she doesn't need a low protein food? She's already on a special food for her cystitis.

I'm so scared. I love her more than anything she's my world and I want to live through my early adult years with her.

I was the perpetrator and I didn't know that what I was doing was sexual. I was old enough to know better though

When I was 10 or 11, I was in the bathtub with my younger brother (7 or 8) and he said "watch this" and proceeded to masturbate until he had an erection.

I was genuinely shocked and thought it was cool?? I had no idea it was sexual, and proceeded to ask him to do it again. He said no, but I think i may have rubbed it myself at that point.

It was so gross and I feel horrified when I remember it. We were also way too old to be taking baths together. I genuinely meant nothing by it, I didn't realize it was such a sensitive thing I don't think? I didn't even know what masturbation was. I'm worried I traumatized him though. Our relationship is rocky and he doesn't like me very much.
