Do people really not care about their partner viewing porn???

I am wondering if people actually care or not. I have been with my husband for 8 years, we never talked about porn much, I felt I didn’t want to be controlling, plus society conditioned me to see it as normal. Last year, he asked me to help him not watch porn anymore. I was very confused, our sex life wasn’t that good, I assumed he just had low libido.

When he asked me, I faced how I really felt about porn and the idea that porn for me (I used to watch it a few times a YeAR) was purely because I liked to imagine the sensation of pleasure the woman was feeling. For him, it was different, he was watching the women, wishing to be with them. He was looking at only fans girls on instagram and I honestly felt so hurt. I realised I had been in denial due to a fear of seeming insecure or being controlling.

I guess I’m wondering what your thoughts are? How do you approach it? Do you think it should be normal??

How long have you guys been vegan for?? How do you feel?

I have recently been having some bloating/fatigue/menstrual health issues. I suspect it’s related to having a history of disordered eating that occurred two years AFTER going vegan. I have been vegan for 6 years. The veganism and eating disorder haven’t got anything in common. One is my ethical stance and the other is a mental health issue.

I just fear that I will become one of those ‘ex-vegans’ who claim that veganism ruined their health. Can anyone please give me hope?? Has anyone had these issues and managed to heal them? Those who have been vegan for 5+ years, how do you physically feel since going vegan?

Has anyone ever actually been told by a doctor/dietician that veganism is bad for their health??

I’ve been vegan for 6 years, I have health issues due to an eating disorder developed after two years of veganism (completely unrelated to being vegan). I have regular acupuncture and my acupuncturist, who is vegetarian, told me to eat eggs to get my period back because ‘I need the protein’. Having previously tracked my protein intake, I know this is rubbish.

A lot of ex-vegans claim that they have re-included fish and eggs for their health and a lot of people generally assume that if you have any health issue, it must be because you are vegan. I want to know if anybody has ever been told by an actual doctor/registered dietitian that veganism is harming their health?? What was the harm that you were told veganism was doing??

Long cycle, wanting to lose weight

I am a model and I am naturally slim but have to work to achieve good measurements. I have been having periods consistently for a year but my cycle length is around 42 days. I want to lose a little bit of fat now. I feel like I’m doing well, but I’m scared to go back into HA. I am wondering how others have approached this? I am currently lifting 3x per week and walk around 12km per day on average. I’m not planning to fast or do anything restrictive, my current relationship with food is pretty good, I’m not wanting to risk that either.
