Orange sediment in urine 4 days after breaking my 5.5 day dry fast.

Orange sediment in urine 4 days after breaking my 5.5 day dry fast. Has anyone had this happen to them? It sank to the bottom of the toilet and burned a little when coming out. Refed with water, then lemon water, bone broth, coconut water, and a little eggs over the past 4 days. What is this orange sediment?

How to treat bartonella when it caused you MCAS?

Infection is about a month old, doxy didnt really help, I have houttuynia but scared to take it as bartonella seems to have given me MCAS reactions to every single thing I take. It was either the bart or doxy that did this. Anyone have any advice? Going stir crazy about this.

Is 6 days post-bite too late for doxy to be effective? (caption for backstory)

Was recently bitten overnight somehow on June 10th (noticed a black dot on my knuckle, I pulled it out immediately, nothing is in my skin, couldn’t have been on me more than 6 hours). Started noticing strange head pressure and neck stiffness 3 days later. I got on Cat’s Claw and Japanese Knotweed 5 days post-bite (half a dropped of Cat’s claw per day and one capsule of Knotweed 500mg). I also got doxycycline and am going to take it today. The urgent care gave me 200mg for ONE DAY. My girlfriend who gets chronic acne gave me her entire script which should probably last me two weeks but she will get it refilled for me if need be. Is this enough to treat early? Anything else recommended? I also am going to do infrared sauna every day to sweat.

Freaking out over potential second bite/reinfection. Already have chronic lyme and scared this may make it worse after feeling alot better lately.

I woke up yesterday morning with a black dot imbedded in my finger, I pulled it out immediately. No legs or body of any kind were in me at the time of removing whatever it was, just two little black dots (included in 2nd picture). I already have chronic lyme and babesia and have been treating it successfully with dry fasting and sauna, I have been well enough to go to the gym again lately and work full time using these two methods.

Included are a picture of where I found the invasive material on my finger, and a picture of the dots after I removed them. I’m wondering if it is the hypothetical tick’s “jaw”? How likely is that to happen? For a tick to bite you and fall off but leave its jaw in your skin. My only other theory is that this is a splinter of some kind (I lift palletes of wood at my job) and a splinter got imbedded in me then but I didn’t notice until the following morning.

Potentially recently rebitten, what to do immediately if I can’t get doxy from a doctor?

Any herbals recommended for recent bite? Going to try to get to an urgent care and see if they can give me doxy. If they don’t give me anything, can I get some herbals?

I already have a chronic lyme infection of over 10 years and have found moderate success with fasting which is helping me get my life back little by little (just got done with an hour workout at the gym, never thought I’d see the day where I’d be able to say that again)

I noticed a black dot on my knuckle this morning that I think could have been a tick, I pulled it out as soon as I saw it. Couldn’t have been on me for more than a few hours as it was not there when I went to sleep as night. I could just be freaking out because of lyme-induced PTSD but I really don’t want to go through this again as I am finally now getting out of it 😅
