Hello everyone, I'm looking for suggestions for a compact rack that doesn't need to be bolted to the floor or mounted to a wall (room is small). Ideally it would be a 4 post cage, but I'm open to a squat stand sturdy enough for pullups and benching with spotter arms
We have a chimney that is about 14 feet wide (weird, yes, for a house that isn't that big). We were quoted about $7000 to redo flashing / water proofing along with 3 feet of wood out from the chimney. I'm working on more quotes but people here are being weird about being timely. Is this a reasonable price for this project?

My wife has an offer for one of the hospitals near 225 and 70 business. We would love to rent a house for under $3000, but will go with an apartment if necessary. Our biggest hangup is the commute to places considered safer. What are the closest areas that are considered reasonably safe?
We know that anything can happen anywhere, and that tales of "dangerous" areas are often exaggerated, but it's hard figure this out when you don't know the area at all.
