Doctors in relationships do you often feel like you don’t want to talk to your partner after a long shift and just need some alone time?

I am not asking for medical advice.

I’ve been dating my girlfriend for about three months now. Before we started dating, we’d talk every day. Now that we’re dating, she says her shift was so long and like draining that she doesn’t want to talk the next day to recharge.

I am a male

Do you guys do that with your partners ?

Teacher transitioning to Business/Data Analytics. 2 modules away from BCom Informatics. Need advice?

Hey everyone,

I’m a 26yo guy currently working as a teacher (handling computing, robotics, and physical education), but I'm looking to make a major career pivot. I have about two modules left to finish my BCom Informatics degree, and my goal is to leverage it to get into Business Development, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics.

Honestly, my current teaching salary just isn't making ends meet anymore. I have some debt I really want to aggressively pay off so I can start living life a bit more freely and comfortably.

Has anyone here successfully transitioned from teaching into the corporate data or business side? What should my next steps be as I finish these last two modules? Any advice on how to spin my classroom management and tech teaching experience on a resume for entry-level analytics or biz dev roles would be hugely appreciated!

Thanks in advance.
