Do others have problems socializing?

Maybe I’m the only one, but sometimes I feel as though even in the moments when my speech is fluent, I’m seeing that I’m socially awkward. It’s almost as if I’ve spent my entire life at this point trying not to stutter, that now I’m realizing other skills are lacking. anyone else have this issue?

Deliberate incompetence

kinda hoping for some advice here- I have a next-door neighbor I’ve lived next door to for about 7 years. She was always a bit weird around me, but fine with my wife and kids. Turned out that after a couple incidents that she’s a bit of a racist. Problem is shes apparently friends with the mail carrier, and he’s been deliberately dropping my mail at her home. She ends up holding onto it for days/weeks. Decided to go through her trash can one evening when it had been put out on the street, and I saw multiple items of mine in there. What are my options here?
