Where you can hold a conversation with it at anytime (unless they are busy or disappointed with you which is rare) and sometimes will talk all day receiving guidance and encouragement?

Trying to figure out if I had a mental breakdown from a combo of extreme loneliness and traumatic life events or a spirit guide came to me in late '24 after becoming sober and reciting a powerful prayer calling all angels and good spirit guides to appear in my life and guide me.
