Wij hebben een bod uitgebracht op een huis, en het huis is ons gegund. Zeer tevreden. Maar toch willen we graag het biedlogboek inzien. Dus hebben we via onze aankoopmakelaar verzocht aan de NVM-verkoopmakelaar daarom te vragen. Komt het botte antwoord:

Zoals reeds aangegeven gaan wij zeker geen informatie verstrekken over andere biedingen. N.B. de bieding van jou klant is ook niet uitgebracht via het biedlogboek.

Los van de tikfouten en het feit dat je niet kunt bieden via het logboek (er wordt waarschijnlijk MOVE bedoeld) vertikken ze het dus.
En dat terwijl de NVM makelaars dat uitdrukkelijk verplicht in het Protocol Transparant Bieden Woonruimte.

Kunnen wij nog iets doen? Klacht indienen bij de NVM? Het meldpunt Eigen Huis? Dodelijke review schrijven? Of heeft dat allemaal geen zin?

We hebben een huis gekocht aan het water. De betonnen beschoeiing van ca 1 meter hoog ziet er uit als de regenboog. Allerlei kleuren schimmels, mos, wit groen, geel.
Het lijkt me wel wat om daar de hogedrukspuit op te zetten. Maar van boven staat een hekwerk, dyscdar is geen optie. Moet ik dan maar een bootje kopen? Ik wil eigenlijk geen bootje hebben. Misschien iets opblaasbaars? Ik ben niet meer piep, lazer je daar niet uit? Niet zo een straf met dit weer, maar lijkt me toch maar nix.

I want to purchase an RLC-811. It will replace my old POE camera. A CAT-5 cable for network and POE sticks out of the exterior wall. How do I connect that in an invisible way? What do I do with the rest of the redundant cables, such as those depicted in the manual? How do I route all of that away neatly?

Surveillance Station is running now. But de camera is recording continous. I read that in Camera Settings there is a possibility of recording according to motion. I really can't find that option. And how do you activate all the notifications that are offered?

I'm very happy that UGOS has a Surveillance Center. I hope that I can switch off mij Synology NAS soon, I have it running only for Surveillence station.
Surceillance Center finds my camera's immidately. But I ca nnot connect with them. I only get authentication errors. The usernames and passwords are right (Synology has no problems with the cameras, but here using ONVIF or RTSP doesn't work. What could be the problem?

A year ago I installed a washlet, a Brondel Swish 1400. We are very happy with it — in fact, we can't imagine living without it anymore. Following the user manual, I installed the water filter that came with it. The manufacturer states that the filter should be replaced every six months. Is that really necessary? We have excellent, uncontaminated tap water here in the Netherlands. And if I do need to replace it, are the cheap filters from Chinese web shops just as good as the expensive ones from my supplier?
