Does Reta have to be lifelong or can it be used to get the right food habits?
Is there no chance of trying to set up the right food habits and the right environment while on Reta, to make managing the food noise easier when we come off Reta?

I’m a British citizen born and raised in the uk. I’ve got a trip from 7th July until the 13th July in Italy. I just realise my passport expires on 30th September.
How likely are British airways to refuse to me?
Whenever we start from knees no matter how much I try to get the upper hand, I always end up getting mounted or in side control.
I’m 6 ft 2 and weigh 250lbs and even tiny people get the better of me.
In fact it happens when we’re standing too, the other guy’s takedown will be successful and I just can’t seem to stop him from getting to mount.
I started watching a tv show and had to watch some ads first - fine.
Within 20 seconds of the episode starting I wasn’t sure if it was the right episode so I went to the previous episode to jog my memory. I had to watch another set of ads just because of that.
I didn’t even play the episode I fast forwarded right to the ending and had to watch ANOTHER set of ads just because of that.
When I realised I had to watch the next episode I played it and had to watch ANOTHER set of ads just because of that.
All in all I watched about 40 seconds of TV but had to sit through 6 minutes of adverts. Doesn’t seem fair at all.
