Recommendations please 🙏 looking for someone who can do some cute designs but ideally somewhere ethical

My almost 3yo whinges and whines all night. It’s been going on for months and I am losing my mind.

Sometimes he naps, sometimes he doesn’t - day sleep doesn’t see to make a difference. The first few hours he’s ok but from about midnight onwards he whinges and whines half asleep.

I don’t think he’s having nightmares because he isn’t upset.

He just tosses and then and whines and shouts out in a sort of half asleep way. When I go to check on him he wants to get back to sleep but it’s like he can’t.

If I go and lie on his floor and shhhh him he is a little better but still not great.

I feel so sad for him it must be awful for him but also for the rest of us who can’t sleep. It is EVERY night.

Help! What can I do? What is going on with him?
