Suggestions for 3 days/2 nights in Emigrant Wilderness

I posted on HST, but figured I'd check here too.

I'm looking to put together a midweek solo trip for myself, probably in the next week or two. I'm thinking 3 days, 2 nights somewhere I don't need to worry about permits or quotas too much.

I'll be driving from the San Jose area, thinking Emigrant/Crabtree TH just for ease of access.

I hiked the PCT in 2015, and I am relatively fit, running 30 miles per week.

I have an ultralight backpacking setup, so I won't be too bogged down by weight.

I have no interest in fishing, but I do love big mountains and gorgeous lakes.

I'm thinking 7-10 miles day 1, 12-15 miles day 2, and then 4-8 day 3 so I can get back home at a reasonable time. Any suggestions for where to go/camp? Or where _not_ to go/camp?

Possible route?

Day 1: Crabtree TH to Rosasco or Pingree Lake

Day 2: Off trail through Kole/Leighton Lakes, past Wood Lake, up Relief Valley Trail, down past Y Meadow and to Granite Lake

Day 3: Down Lily Creek, past Bear Lake, back to Crabtree TH

Any thoughts? Suggestions? Is getting from Rosasco/Pingree over to Wood Lake fairly straightforward? It looks like it should be pretty flat over that way. Similarly, is it pretty straightforward getting from Y Meadow to Granite? And from Granite to Bear Lake?

Breton Striped LS Shirt

Any suggestions for a more affordable Breton striped long sleeve shirt in a performance fabric, similar to the UNNA long sleeve? Merino or polyester preferably.

Coros Pace 4 B010 Error

I opened my Coros app yesterday and got hit with a B010 error on my watch, which looks like a remote brick from Coros. I opened a support ticket, but no response from a human yet, just the AI bot. I have a half marathon this weekend and could really use my watch.

How do I get some sort of support to figure this out? I like this watch, but really hate the customer service that I've seen and received from the company so far.

My first half marathon and I can't even use the watch that I paid for.

I'm looking to up my running shoe game and need help figuring out some shoes to try. All of the options are a bit overwhelming, especially talking about paces/squishes/bounces.

I currently run in Novablast 5s and I'm happy enough with them, though I don't really know any better to be unhappy. I have a funky pinky toe on my left foot which causes it to rub uncomfortably. To help, I skip crossing my laces for the first couple holes and that seems to help a lot.

I'm running my first half marathon in a month and am aiming for a 1:50 pace.

I'm generally following an NRC training plan and get about 30 miles per week on roughly 4 or 5 hours.

One long run per week, about 1.5-2 hours at ~10:00 minute/mile pace

Recoveries are usually about an hour at ~10:30 pace

Speed runs tend to be intervals or fartleks

Mile pace - 7 min/mile

5k pace - 7:30 min/mile

10k pace - 8:15 min/mile

I'm thinking I'd like a two shoe rotation, something for intervals/speed work, and something for long runs/recoveries.

Budget isn't really an issue, I'm happy to spend for comfort and fit.
