Vicksburg?
Anything to do in Vicksburg besides "pay respects" at Civil War museums and the cemetery?
I have family over there & want to visit them but they have one of those weird things called "a job" so I'd like to entertain myself & my 2 teens during that time. The art museums aren't our jam. If all we wanted to do was shop & go out to eat or play video games, we'd just stay home. My younger teen & I love educational museums (history, STEM) but the idea of going to Civil War stuff sickens me.
My younger teen is fascinated by the fact the first Coca Cola and first sneaker were produced in Vicksburg but.. is there anything else to do there? All the tourism website shows is Civil War crap. There **has** to be more
