The outside pane has a crack, curtesy of a baseball. Anyway to seal the crack to prevent moisture build up in the window?

Any recommendations on fixing this? Our bonus room upstairs has a half wall and the joint between the wall and ceiling is coming out. We’ve had all sorts of issues with the drywall in this bonus room, contractor did a terrible job.
