Apple Music and Surround Vision

I’m pretty much making my rounds on every cadillac forum and help site i can and no one seems to answer my question. Please if anyone can read my post fully and answer my very easy question it would be much appreciated.

I got the 661.20 update for my MY25 a week ago. The changelog shows the surround vision recorder as one of the features.

It updated successfully i have cabin glance, i have the battery percentage in the gauge, i have the maps on the left side of the split screen, i have AAOS14.

I dont have the recording app. I also dont have Apple Music. I am definitely on aaos 14.

My question is

was the recording app and apple music supposed to appear with this update or does it just show up without an additional OTA eventually?

Ding on door

In year 2 of my optiq lease and today i got a pretty decent scratch on my door in a parking lot. Maybe a half inch long and paint peeled.

I did get the select protection package with my lease but how do i actually use it? Go to a dealer and they’re able to look up that i have it? And are scratches covered? I was pretty annoyed when i saw it.

Thanks in advance!

Hate being a solo player sometimes

The type of shit players i get matched up with. I don’t understand how people are this fuckin bad at this game.

Any update on Apple Music?

I saw that the blazers and the equinox are getting Apple Music. Have we heard anything at all about the optiq getting it? It’s so crazy we still don’t have it

Not playing the objective is so freeing

I’ma solo player. I’ve been paying since the cod4 days and have always been someone who played the objective. For me losing the match always felt worst than perhaps having a slightly lower k/d. That being said I was still able to maintain around a 1.3 - 1.5 k/d while having hundreds of objective points above the second place teammate.

I finally decided I’m not playing objective anymore with bo7 and holy crap it is freeing. I’m around a 2.2-2.5 k/d since i started doing this and have gone as high as 7.5 in some matches. Haven’t been below a 1.7 yet. It was hard psychologically to play to essentially lose the game, but once i stopped caring about my useless teammates i started having fun.

Any other solo players just stop playing obj and have fun?
