KD vs 2.08 and 3.06

Even though KD is approaching 38, I feel like I should smash accept and run away with him, right? Or is 2.08 realistically a serviceable dynasty piece?

EDIT: Sorry! Forgot to say its a 14-team league

Jalen Johnson after McCollum Settled In?

Hi all,

I have an opportunity to trade Giannis and a pick for Jalen Johnson. I'm unsure about the pick being included, but since my team is pretty strong, I might be okay letting it go. My questions really center around how Jalen Johnson has been, especially after CJ McCollum joined the team.

I don't watch a lot of Hawks ball, so I'm looking for an informed response from some fans here. I know it was pretty evident that JJ was effected by McCollum immediately after the trade, but in looking at his stats, it seems like he somewhat got back to the point he was at early in the season but not quite. He hasn't hit those really high highs.

Is this the new normal for JJ or do you think it was a temporary adjustment period, and that he'll be back to his peak? And would you do the trade?

Taylor Jenkins + Ware = Magic in Milwaukee?

Hi everyone,

Bucks fan hoping to gain a little insight here. I know this isn't exactly tied to the Grizzlies. But as someone who hasn't really watched a lot of Grizzlies ball, I wanted to turn to the people who know most. YOU!

With the Giannis trade, Milwaukee finds itself in a really interesting position. They have Taylor Jenkins, and they have Kel'el Ware. And that combination reminds me a lot of Jenkins and JJJ.

Their shot diet is pretty similar.

They both like to roam/trail a little bit with help defense.

They both played with other centers who helped shore up paint defense.

Now, Ware's first two years have been really promising. His ceiling has obviously been insanely high, but it's been marred with staunch coaching from Spoelstra and rumblings of "low motor" and getting lost on defense.

So my questions to you are:

  1. What was JJJ defensively before his breakout All-Star season in 2022-2023?
  2. How did Jenkins change stuff up to help JJJ reach his ceiling?
  3. Can Jenkins work the same magic on Ware that he did with JJJ?
  4. What differences/challenges do you see?

Thanks, everyone!

Front court with Turner, Ware, Ament?

How would Ament in the front court affect Ware, if at all? I figure Ware will run alongside Turner at least for a while. And if Ament is in the picture at 4 too, it seems like it might get a little crowded until Turner loses his starting job or is traded.

Tiago Splitter to Bulls

So who benefits most? Buzelis? Giddey? Whoever their draft pick is, presumably between Boozer and Wilson?

Nate Silver's PRISM Model Updated 5/26

Just pointing you all to an updated PRISM model predicting the top rookies for the 2026 Draft:

https://preview.redd.it/axko8mik1j3h1.png?width=1464&format=png&auto=webp&s=2ba13f8c2c9ba6734d40ddbb8f9ed406365a6136

For what it's worth, Silver also used the PRISM model for last year's draft class before the season and absolutely nailed the 2025 All-Rookie first team. He got all five right in Cooper Flagg, Kon Knueppel, VJ Edgecombe, Dylan Harper, and Cedric Coward.

What's interesting in this update are two risers: Keaton Wagler (previously 4) and Brayden Burries (unknown where he stood previously). Brayden takes the spot away from Caleb Wilson. And Kingston Flemings fell from 3 to 4.

Keaton Wagler Dunking?

Not the most lift, but I suppose he can do it a bit. Should only get better with more training too. Maybe this lends more credence to him still growing into his body, and still showing possible improvements.

EDIT: I personally dont believe he NEEDS to dunk. But I'm just posting cause it seems to be a concern for a lot of people here and on Twitter. That said, I do think him working on his athleticism and burst will be important to helping him reach his ceiling. I'm sure that'll come with NBA training. I'm a believer in him, and want to see him reach his ceiling.
