I really can’t believe this. Currently on 9 mg FROM RO! Had to re-enroll for reasons not worth going into here. I was told my order could be overridden so I could get a higher dose. Just got an invoice for the lowest dose. THIS IS OF NO USE TO ME. Writing here because it’s impossible to get real help on the app.
I cancelled my multi-month drug plan and support plan, but still wanted a single order. Now I have no orders; it was cancelled When I go into reactivate, it says I'm no longer eligible based on my weight> WHAT?? Worse yet, my multi-month charge of $1614 on May 22 will not be refunded until June 22? The website says refunds will happen in 48 hours. This is the worst service ever. And it's impossible to contact a human at Ro; just a doom loop of FAQs.
So I signed up for 6-mo pricing and thought it was for the monthly fee and not the Wegovy. Now I’m not sure as when I placed a new order the drug price was lower. So is that what I signed up for? Why can’t you provide what the monthly cost will be in total?
Meantime my husband put his info into my app and is asked to pay the monthly fee but no info on the price of Zepbound. The lack of transparency is so scammy and makes me want to switch to another provider.
Anyone else have this issue?
Thought this was a good article. I agree with the comment that cleaning, decluttering and some fresh paint can go a long way.
