What skills do people working in big tech have?

What exactly are those people who cracked big tech jobs as a fresher are learning? What skills should one have in this age of AI? Apart from dsa grind I honestly couldn't find the differentiating factor between people getting into less LPAs and more LPAs

Need advice

Hi everyone, I recently built a full-stack web application related to buying and selling cryptocurrency coins as a learning project. I’m still relatively new to the crypto space, so while building it I tried focusing on problems that beginners might face, like understanding transactions, tracking coins, and making the experience feel less confusing.

I wanted to get opinions from people who are more experienced with crypto and trading to understand whether the project actually feels useful in a real-world sense or if it’s solving problems that don’t really matter.

I’m mainly looking for honest technical and usability feedback — things that feel unnecessary, features that could be improved, or areas where the project doesn’t match how crypto users actually behave. Constructive criticism is completely welcome since I’m trying to learn through building.
