Websites for Arlington condo rentals?

I’m looking for recommendations on websites to use for browsing private condo or home rentals in Clarendon area. Have a healthy budget and looking for a 2BR+/2BA+. Prioritizing a modern space and proximity to The Crossing.

Please feel free to DM me or comment here, but Zillow is showing slim pickings. Many thanks!!

An open letter to influencers please stop using the TikTok filters!!

I was genuinely so shocked at seeing Hannah Chodys real face / body in this Amazon Ad (also ugh why did she have to go and do that?). She looks beautiful and normal sized and like a REAL HUMAN here and it’s nothing like every other TikTok she posts where there must be a body stretch filter, face smoothing filter, etc and I am gobsmacked by her face card.

I am begging all influencers reading this to stop using these filters that don’t make you look like normal human beings in your videos. Even if you are annoying you are still beautiful people and I’d watch more of your videos if you looked relatable and real.

Think this fits into the NYC BWT category since the clothing rental app is NYC founded and based but mods let me know otherwise.

BWT - always double check to ensure Pickle is paying you your late fees! I’ve run into this issue now twice in the past month where I am not being paid out a late fee and it’s starting to concern me. It’s played out as the following:

I charge a renter a late fee for not returning an article of my clothing on time

  1. Pickle interface shows me that the late fee is being charged, shows me the amount of the late fee, and says I should see it in my account in 12-24 hrs

  2. 24-48 hrs later the late fee is still not showing in my balance.

  3. I reach out to Pickle support team to let them know I haven’t been paid my late fee, they make it seem like it’s the smallest issue in the world, they manually enter the late fee into my account

Over the course of my account I’ve probably charged 20+ late fees and now I’m second guessing if they’ve ever been paid? One of a few things is happening here - either Pickle is not charging the renter the late fee, or Pickle is keeping the late fee for themselves. Regardless of the outcome this is WRONG and the owner is not getting money they have claim to. This should be a critical, high priority issue for their teams to look into yet I’ve raised this twice now and haven’t even gotten a “we’ll look into this.”

Has anyone else experienced this?
