THEM HYPER CUFF - SPACE GREY?

I don’t know about you, but to me it’s a brown (chocolate) color.

Even if it's 30 degrees outside, they don't change color unless they're in direct sunlight. But if you warm them up a bit with a hairdryer at home, the color changes and lasts for a very long time (about an hour).

MYFIT PDS user experience?

I bought a kit to replace the laces for this system. But when I received it and started to figure out how to install it, I realized that to do this I needed to remove the metal inserts from the lacing holes. That is, after the redesign there will be no turning back, and if this system doesn’t suit me for some reason, I won’t be able to go back to using laces.

I installed the system on my old boots and tried it on my foot (without skating). I was worried that the tightening would be too weak, but in fact it turned out to be the opposite. The system is capable of tightening very tightly. But the problem is that the strongest pressure is exerted in the buckle area. I feel like the blood stops flowing to my fingers.

It's definitely much more convenient than laces - especially when you have to constantly tighten the laces while skating (even waxed ones). But before I install the system on my "work boots", I want to hear real feedback from those who are already skating with it.

Alpinestars Chrome Superairflow Hoodie

Spoiler: this hoodie is totally weird

I bought it specifically to wear with a A* Tech Air 5 Plasma. Moreover, the manufacturer positions it as a Tech Air Ready.

My Plasma is size S. I bought a hoodie in size M. It fits me perfectly (first two photos).

But here's the problem - if I put the hoodie on over the airbag, it becomes very tight because of the hump on the back, for which the plasma-ready hoodie does not have any additional space... I can still fasten it, but I can no longer stretch my arms to the handlebars of the motorcycle.

So I ordered another one in size L. It fits very loosely and is clearly too big for me (2-3 photos). It looks good only with shorts - as an oversized style. But now I have enough space for an airbag.

And that's it - for a person who fits a size S airbag, you need to use a size L hoodie, which is advertised as specially designed...

But that's not the end of the story. In all sizes, the elbow pad pockets are located below the elbows—meaning the pads sit somewhere between the wrist and the elbow... This makes them completely useless.

Also there's a thumbhole on the cuff. But it's not located where you'd normally find it, and you have to twist the sleeve to use it. It's just some kind of joke...

Rollerblade RB cuff replacement ideas. Solved

Not long ago I asked reddit about what kind of cuff can be installed on a Rollerblade RB/Cruser to replace the original one.

I tried different options and finally found a cuff that fits this shell perfectly: Them Skates 909 Cuff.

My RB is size 40.5 (260) and cuff size 1 (small). As you can see, the cuff completely follows the lines on the shell.

I compared cuff shapes in pictures and also used Ivo's (this is soul) sizing chart. When I decided this cuff might fit, I went to the Them Skates website. And luckily. They just opened pre-orders for their new product - a cuff that changes color when heated. Normally, it's purple, but when I put it in the sun, it turns pink!
