👋 Welcome back to r/catpranks - Read First!
Welcome to the newly reopened r/catpranks. Whether you are a long-time subscriber or joining us for the first time, we are glad to have you here.
This subreddit is dedicated to a very specific type of humor: feline prank content. To keep the feed organized and ensure the content matches what users subscribe to see, we have clear guidelines on what belongs here and what does not.
🟢 What to Post (Allowed Content)
We strictly look for content where a cat is the recipient of the prank, or one cat is pranking another. This includes:
- Humans pranking cats (e.g., the classic cucumber behind a eating cat, harmless trickery)
- Cats pranking other cats (e.g., sneaking up, tactical ambushes, playful scares)
- Other animals pranking cats (e.g., dogs or other household pets startling or tricking a cat)
🔴 What NOT to Post (Restricted Content)
To prevent the sub from becoming a generic cat forum, the following content will be removed:
- Cats pranking humans
- Cats pranking other animals
- Cats embarrassing themselves (e.g., missing a jump, general clumsiness)
- General cat hilarity (e.g., funny faces, weird sleeping positions)
- General cat cuteness (e.g., sleeping kittens, purring, standard pet photos)
⚠️ Strict Rule: No Cruelty
Animal cruelty of any sort is strictly prohibited.
- Definition: Cruelty is considered anything that physically or mentally traumatizes any animal. If it makes you say WTF, it does not belong here.
- Action: If you feel a post crosses the line, MESSAGE THE MODS or use the report button.
- Comment Moderation: Do not scream "OMG THIS IS CRUELTY" as a comment on a post. If there is an issue, report it directly to the mod team so it can be reviewed and handled appropriately.
Please review the sidebar rules before submitting your videos or GIFs. Let's keep the content focused, high-quality, and centered on feline prank chaos.
Thank you!
I test drove the car today and it was my most mixed experience ever
I test drove Premium Plus and there was so much to love about this car but a few things that I dont think I can ignore and it will make me regret my purchase. I might be beating a dead horse here but at this point Hybrid couldn't come out anytime sooner.
Pros -
Styling and overall
J VIN in the US (this is a big deal)
Overall build quality seemed solid
Heads up display customization options
Driver focused cabin , especially the seats are so comfy!
Sound system
Cons -
Lack of physical buttons is a really bizarre choice coming from a company that used to say people love HID interface and using a touching a screen is unsafe. Oh and they had the tiniest screen on a car for a really long time.
The engine is slow , loud and does not belong in this car period! Might have been better to delay this until HEV version was out because there is so much to love when the car is idle haha but once you start driving and try to accelerate even a little bit it seems like the engine just sucks out all the joy out of driving it.
I am sure Mazda had to make some tough decision because of the current situation in the world but it just hurts to look at the car I fell in love with but whatever is under the hood just makes me sad.
