Bachelors in Germany, masters in Netherlands, then settle in Switzerland in the future? realistic?

I’m current doing the IBDP program. i’m from Asia but live in dubai. i’ve researched a ton and think Germany is the only country that i can comfortably do my bachelors in with my budget (35k/year USD) but i don’t want to live in germany long term and want to do my masters in Netherlands (if possible) and the end goal is switzerland. is this realistic? any tips? i want to get a scholarship for my masters.

how to start studying for math AA HL and Physics HL?

I start DP1 this september and was advised to learn atleast the first two units of these subjects beforehand, how do i even start? for math i was thinking to just watch Revision village videos on youtube, will that work? and what about physics? any resources for complete beginners? i looked at some past papers but obviously i don’t know how to do anything. Also, should i do anything else this summer? i plan on applying to universities in Europe (mainly germany and netherlands) and maybe some in australia, Canada and USA (if things change) and also singapore or hong kong. so do i need to prep anything for university admissions? but my main question is still as the title states, should i be doing anything for TOK/CAS/EE? i’m also planning to pre-study for chem SL because i’m very weak in chemistry. please help!

What countries/ universities around the world TRULY value an IB diploma?

Like i’ve realized some countries have VERY harsh IB grade conversions because they don’t take into account how difficult it really is (some even compare it to AP classes or the local curriculum, eg: Germany) Like getting all A* in 3/4 A levels is NOT the equivalent of getting 42+ in the IB, especially with subjects like MAA HL, Physics HL, Chem HL, ect. Also there are statistics that show the IB prepares students for university a lot more than A-levels.

so i wanted to ask: what countries or specific universities truly understand the IB and take into account everything discussed above when quantifying applications?
