Which program while on glp

Hello all! I’ve been on reta for the last 6 weeks. I’m 7 months postpartum so I definitely feel pain my knees and the recovery is a lot harder when I do my strength training. I just signed up for ladder to find more consistency. Does anyone recommend one program over another for someone who hits their protein pretty easily but struggles with getting all her calories in? (I’m thinking that in addition to being postpartum and no longer BFing is what is making recovery harder)

Reta vs tirz

Hi all! I’m hoping my post will get me some answers because any pcp or medical doctor won’t touch my Reta questions. I am 36/f 7 months post partum after having 2 kids (who are 18 months apart send help 🤣). I struggled with pcos and endometriosis my whole life so calorie counting, low carb and strength training have always been my go to. After I gave birth, I was 174 pounds. Through proper macro counting and working out religiously I went down to 141. I was then stuck. I started my first glp (Reta) about 6 weeks ago and I’m only down 14 pounds. I still have a belly sticking out and I still feel the inflammation. I’m not typically the type to give up but I was thinking of switching to tirz to address the inflammation while also losing weight (and not dealing with the increased heart rate from Reta). Has anyone made that switch and was more successful? I rarely see posts about people who started with Reta and switched. Thank you all!! I am 5’. My SW: 141. CW: 126.6. GW: 110

Reta vs tirz for endo flair

Hello all! This is my first time ever posting on Reddit. I have stage 4 endo and adeno. I had my miracle baby 7 months ago and after his birth I had ChatGPT help calculate my macros to keep my milk supply and try to slowly lose weight. I was successfully able to lose 30 pounds with macro counting and 15k steps a day. At the 6 month mark I stopped breastfeeding. The scale wasn’t moving for a couple weeks. I then started on Reta 2 mg (split twice per week) for 5 weeks now. I’ve lost 13 pounds which is awesome but my endo belly, inflammation and joint pain have been pretty bad this whole time. My nervous system isn’t reacting very well as the heart rate increase really messes with my anxiety. I also read somewhere that Reta is actually bad for endo because it can lead to more lesions getting blood supplies (similar to bpc peptide). I’ve read so much on here about tirzepatide helping endo symptoms and sometimes flares (I haven’t had one yet as I haven’t had a period yet). Has anyone switched from Reta (having started with Reta) to tirz and been happier? Thank you all for the help and advice!
