When I was renovating, I spent some time thinking about how I wanted to set up the TV area. I thought about a built in setup, but I wanted something more flexible, so I decided to use a stand instead. The TV is 65 inches, and without a big cabinet under it, the cats have more space to move around. I also like that I can move it around when cleaning. The cats like climbing and rolling around near it, but so far it hasn’t been an issue.

The renovation is still going on, and there are still a bunch of things to do around the house. Just finished talking through some details with the carpenter. Had a little free time after that, so I put together the TV stand. Took me about 30 minutes. Now I can sit down and watch some TV.
