I’m so frustrated

When I first got braces I had to have 2 premolars removed on the top. I’m now 19 months into treatment (was quoted 24 months) and now I have to have 2 premolars removed on the bottom because they gave me an underbite. Any advice for how to deal with that🤦🏼‍♂️ I was mad enough about having 2 extractions

Why can’t I avoid this?

Is this frizz? Splits? Breakage? I’m so confused. I’ve been trying to grow out my hair for 2 years. I haven’t bleached it in about that time. Don’t use heat, sleep with satin pillowcases, don’t wear my hair in a ponytail or bun, just loose braids when I sleep.
