Is analyzing the data and generating the reports really too heavy a task to do it on a phone? I would like to get reports without connecting to Tandem and uploading the data. Just wondering...
I placed an order partly paid using all of current points. It had free next day delivery by itself because it was more than $25. After placing the order, I found another item that also had free next day delivery but it was less than $25, so I'd have to add eligible items. It didn't offer to add it to my order, so I cancelled it and ordered both items together, and got free next day delivery.
When I placed the 2nd order, I noticed I had no points. It was only $7 no big deal. But shouldn't I get my points back if I cancel the order?
