Natural pregnancy stage 4 DIE

Has anyone gotten pregnant naturally (not IVF) after a lap for stage 4 DIE? I haven’t had an official diagnosis by surgery yet but due to my MRI and multiple exams and tests, size of my endometrioma, they’re thinking it’s stage 4 DIE. I know they say people have success getting pregnant after but I haven’t seen many success stories for those who had stage 4 DIE and looking for some hope 😞

Endometrioma and TTC

We’ve been trying to conceive for about 7 months and found out when we started I have a 5.7cm endometrioma on my left ovary and judging by that stage 3 or 4 endometriosis. I had an HSG that showed concerning for left hydrosalpinx. My primary OBGYN said I should have no trouble conceiving regardless of the endometrioma and tube (she has been the most dismissive doctor I’ve ever encountered). I reached out to a fertility doctor for a second opinion because I’ve read that those DO affect fertility. The fertility doctor said that I’ll need my L tube removed and to actually not get the endometrioma removed, but still get everything else cleaned up. She said getting that left tube removed even with the endometrioma still there should actually increase
my chance of getting pregnant naturally since my left tube is likely leaking toxic fluid and not catching the egg.

My question is, has anyone had a similar situation? As far as leaving in a large endometrioma? And being left with 1 tube? The fertility doctor seemed very knowledgeable and not pushing fertility treatments just to make a buck like I was fearful for. But I’m also nervous I’m gonna get surgery and that endometrioma being left is gonna make me not get pregnant. I trust my doctors and am meeting with a surgical specialist next week but wanted to see if anyone got pregnant naturally with a similar situation :)

TTC naturally with endometrioma

Has anyone gotten pregnant naturally with a moderate sized endometrioma (5.7cm) without surgery? If so how long did it take? I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis due to the endometrioma found and my doctor said I shouldn’t worry about not getting pregnant because im not having any other signs of endometriosis besides irregular periods. I want to believe her but I haven’t heard of many people getting pregnant without surgery. I have a consult with a surgical specialist to get their opinion as well but was just curious.

How long to get pregnant?

I’ve read so many mixed articles about antibodies and whether or not they effect trying to conceive and pregnancy or if it’s just TSH, T3 and T4 that matters. My TSH, T3 and T4 are optimal. My thyroid antibodies are 815 and my Thyroid globulin is over 3000 (I’m gluten free and on selenium and myo inositol and my antibodies aren’t budging) We’ve been trying to get pregnant for 5 months with no luck. A majority of posts I’ve read, woman have said it’s taken them more than a year to get pregnant or if they do get pregnant they miscarried. On the other hand I see people say antibodies don’t affect pregnancy. My OB stated antibodies do affect pregnancy. I don’t know what to believe anymore.

So my question is:

If you had high antibodies, how long did it take you to get pregnant and was your pregnancy successful?
