Hello me find my do it all

Hey everyone. Looking for a bike that is a "car replaced". It will be my do it all bike. It will be used daily for commuting half an hour on a mix of dual carriageway and a and b roads. Not too worried about filtering as it's low traffic areas. Also got to be good for two up longer tours as I will be using it with my Mrs for holidays. She needs a wide comfy seat ideally with a backrest. Also needs good luggage for these trips and for grocery shopping. Of course I also want to have fun. In 5ft8 so don't want anything too tall. I want to be able to at least put balls of my feet down. Open to new and used options. Budget is about £7000. My list so far are basically all used options. Considering BMW r 1200 RT. Triumph tiger 8/900 xrt, Yamaha FJR1300, honda Nt1100.

Any help and ideas welcomed. Thanks !

Iconic weekend ride

Some pictures after I parked up to go see the river after a nice weekend ride. The question is do you leave the rare bike stock or do I start to look into mods ?

Pre built - better value than self built ?

Hey

Just wanting to sanity check myself. Be aware I'm based in England so the prices are all based on the UK market.

I have just ordered a pre built pc, which I have never done as I normally build my own for the fun and to save money. However for the life of me i couldn't even come close to the value of the pre built one even if I shop around and get every part from the cheapest shop. Is this normal now?

The build is :

CASE: Riftwalker Elegance Black ARGB Gaming Case w/ Glass Side & Front

Processor (CPU): AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D | 4.2 GHz / 5.0 GHz | 8 Cores / 16 Threads

Motherboard: Asrock B650M PG Lightning | 4 x RAM Slots| 3 x PCIe 4.0 M.2 | 6+2+1 Phase VRM | AM5

Memory (RAM): | 2 x 8 GB RAM Modules | DDR5 | Heatsink 5600 MHz | Kingston/Crucial

Graphics Card: RX 9070 XT | 16GB | ASUS/XFX/GIGABYTE/POWERCOLOR

1st M.2 SSD Drive: Kingston NV3 | 1TB M.2 NVMe SSD | PCIe 4.0 | Read 6000 MB/s, Write 4000 MB/s | QLC 3D NAND

Power Supply: CoolerMaster ELITE | 850W PSU | 80+ Gold | Fully Modular | ATX 3.1 | PCIe 5.1 | BLACK

CPU Cooling: be quiet! Pure Rock 3 | Air Cooler | BLACK

This all comes in at £1,394.00 which as far as I can tell is an insane good price.

Can anyone beat this price for a self build or have I found an amazing deal.

Thanks!
