Is there anyone who's checklist disappeared but haven't heard any decision nor COA????

I'm a transfer student from Brandeis university this year and I just got waitlisted recently. Wellesley is my dream school ever since elementary school and I realllllly wanna seize what ever I got to try and get in. Can anyone who got waitlisted and accepted afterward share what they done to get into Wellesley???(LOCI, info update, LOR update etc.)
I cross registered in Wellesley this semester for a minor related course and I'm probably getting an A or A- on the course, I'm thinking abt getting the professor to write a rec letter for me but idk if it's necessary as I don't think the professor knows me that well beside class participation and stuff.
I'm also thinking about making a video portfolio but I'm not sure if Wellesley accepts any of that.
Is there anything else I can do and how should I write my LOCI????TvTTvT

Is there anyone who got off of Barnard/Wellesley's wl previously? Can you pleaseeeee share some of your advice on writing LOCI and updating materials? Especially how should I make my LOCI distinctive??? I'm trying to get a Wellesley professor to write a LOR for me (I cross registered in W), probably not a strong one tho. And also thinking about updating a video portfolio, not sure if that's gonna work??!!!??!

hs gpa: 3.55 uw 4.1 weighted SAT:1510 5 fives AP
(Top 70 freshman)college: 4.0/4.0.
college ec: orchestra, theater club (nothing special, cuz my school's just genuinely boring)
hs ec: 1. co-founder of musical club (all the other founders got into ivies so i think it was pretty good, and I did a bunch of stuff)
2. founder of botany/envs club (did some pretty influential stuff, best club of the school)
3. non-profit organization: sell bouquet and donate to environment protection organization
4. research on opera w/Cambridge professor
5. Other small stuff related to my interest
rn I got reject from Northwestern TED and Pomona, accepted to BU (Pretty much lateral transfer so) and im waiting so bad for nyu, usc, Wellesely(taking a class here this semester), and Barnard. Dude my stomach been twisting ever since nyu started rolling and lowkey i cant even lockin on my final any more.
