Too much Money to Transfer

I wanted to close my Ally CD 250k because they interrogated me for 45 minutes and then locked my account. They said unusual activity. It took 6 days to reach a person to unlock my 250k CD account. I decided to close the account and send the money to my Local Bank. I got a message. This is too much money to Transfer. Too much money to Transfer? Call the Specialist. The Specialist who never answers the phone.

ALLY locked my 250k CD

I changed my phone number on my Ally CD Account and it triggered them to lock my account and says call the Fraud Department. The problem is the Fraud Department never answers the phone. When I post about my experience people keep blaming me not the Bank. Why? The main point is the Fraud Department never answers the phone. This keeps my account locked indefinitely.

Ally Bank blocked my 250k Cd

I changed my phone number and now Ally Bank has locked my account. $250,000 CD. Just changed my phone number. I was told,by an Ally associate " I am sorry but I can't promise you will get that money back!" I felt like I had been shot in the stomach. I had to call my Doctor. I was paralyzed with fear. Today I contacted the CFPB and Attorney General of New Mexico. This is a crime. You can not tell a FDIC protected customer you may never get your $250,00] back.
