Uninstalled PIA app on PC, now have no internet

SOLVED: There was some Windows Firewall rule or setting blocking internet access. I couldn't find out exactly what rule or setting it was, but turning the firewall off immediately returned internet access, so I opted to reset all firewall settings by selecting "Restore Default Policy" on the Windows Firewall's Action menu. I do wanna remind people troubleshooting the same problem to double-check that additional network adapters added by PIA have also been properly removed, this was not the case for me the first time I uninstalled it so check that as well.

I'm using Windows 10 and had the PIA app installed. Today I decided to uninstall it and now the internet is gone completely. I'm using a wired connection, and I can see on my router's status that my PC is indeed connected and has an IP address assigned (Windows shows the same, it has an IP assigned). Windows simply says No Internet.

I've tried going into Device Manager and deleting the Tap adapter to no change. I then deleted every single item in Network Adapters to let it re-add the Ethernet adapter back, and no change. I've done the Network Reset option that the Windows Troubleshooter suggests, no change. I even tried re-installing PIA and turning the Kill-Switch off to no change (I uninstalled it again afterwards).

My guess is that this app messed with core Windows settings and the uninstaller did not change them back. Now it can't find PIA cause it's uninstalled and I have no internet. From looking online the only option that seems to work is an entire Windows reinstall, but I'm hoping someone can help.

Jellyfin app on Fire Stick 4K cannot connect to server through HTTPS, but Jellyfin apps on other platforms have no problem

In short the Jellyfin app on my FireTV Stick 4K (running FireOS) fails to connect to my Jellyfin server when using HTTPS (for the moment I'm using HTTP instead, that one works). I did add the certificate in the Jellyfin settings and I can easily connect to my Jellyfin server through HTTPS when using the iPhone app, the Apple TV app, and through any computer on an internet browser. So I know for a fact that everything is working correctly on the server's side.

From looking online, the cause is likely some kind of certificate error that somehow only happens with the FireTV Stick Jellyfin app, my question is, is there anything I can do about it? The certificate is issued by Let's Encrypt, and as I mentioned already, has zero issues with the Jellyfin app on other platforms.

I guess another question to ask is: Has anybody been able to connect through HTTPS on the Fire Stick Jellyfin app?
