I had an active Claude Pro subscription while working on an internship project. Unfortunately, I was assigned a web development task that I could only realistically complete with Claude's help.

After a short time, I hit the usage limit on my paid account. The project had to be finished within about 4 hours, so instead of buying another subscription, I used "Continue with Google" and created another account to keep working. When that account also hit its limit, I used a second Google account and created one more account. I finished the project and shut down my computer.

Later, I received an email saying my accounts were suspended. Now my Pro account and all related Claude accounts are inaccessible

The reason I didn't purchase another subscription is that I was already near the end of the task, I already had a paid subscription, and as a student, Claude Pro already takes a significant portion of my budget. Using Google sign-in simply felt faster and easier than purchasing another subscription under time pressure.

I understand this may have violated the rules, but I genuinely didn't realize it would result in all of my accounts being closed. If I had received a warning, I would have gladly paid for additional access instead.

Now I'm afraid to create a new account because I don't want to risk another suspension. I'm currently waiting for the review of my appeal and hoping for a positive outcome. I really enjoyed using Claude and it significantly improved my productivity. I'm honestly very disappointed to lose access.

Has anyone experienced something similar, or successfully appealed a suspension like this?

I'm usually at noisy networking nights meeting lots of people. Does it still manage to pick up different voices and give usable summaries?

Anyone tried it in real events

I regularly attend international business meetings, trade fairs, and industry events where I interact with a large number of people throughout the day.

Scenario 1: One-on-one meetings

As you can see in the first photo, I often have scheduled 1-on-1 meetings. Usually, my counterpart is sitting directly across from me, but there are many other people having conversations around us at nearby tables.

Can Plaud distinguish the voice of the person I'm speaking with and focus on that conversation, or will surrounding conversations significantly affect the recording quality and transcription?

Scenario 2 (Most Important): Networking cocktails and evening events

Although these events look like social gatherings, a lot of important business discussions actually happen there.

Can Plaud record conversations in a noisy cocktail environment, generate accurate transcripts, and create useful summaries?

More specifically, how well does it handle speaker separation and background noise in these conditions?

Scenario 3: Spontaneous conversations during exhibitions

While walking around exhibitions, during coffee breaks, or between sessions, I often have spontaneous 5–10 minute conversations with people I meet.

Can Plaud identify and separate speakers accurately in these situations? For example, can it reliably distinguish between what I said and what the other person said?

I'd love to hear opinions from people who have used Plaud NotePin in similar environments. Based on these use cases, do you think it would be a good fit for my professional life?
