Training less..look more jacked
34f, 11mos in between pics, first pic about 71kg (june 2025) and now 68-69. I just try to be healthy, no specific goals. Have a bad back problem that doesn’t let me lift heavy anymore. I think it’s working better for me (other than the fact I have to get back surgery, but hey). Used to do 4 days split upper/lower and now I just do 3x full body. Have a limited gym and do not lift heavy anymore, no heavy squats or deadlifting whatsoever. I am well aware of what I eat most times though.
