SOS Slicer issues?

SOS Slicer issues?

Let me explain what happens:

I created a spool in Fusion 360. On the inside of the spool is a hole for a heat insert.

I changed the XY hole compensation in orcaslicer to 0.15 and xy contour compensation to 0.07 because that is what I need to get everything the correct size.

But ever since I changed this, it makes this line on the inside of a cylinder that should be without this line.

Since it is my first Fusion 360 object, I'm afraid I modeled something wrong, but I don't know what the problem could be.

Im not talking about the seam (white lines)

this is the inside of the cilinder in orcaslicer

Is there anyone here who is able to help me fix this? Or someone who can tell me where to find the solution to this?

It makes an extra line on the inside (not the white line) of the cilinder

Thanks!

Slicer gives inside lines

Ok, ok, I know it's not the best picture, but I was in a rush!

PETG problems

Heyhey im new to 3d printing and have had some great prints with pla.

Now i changed to petg because I want to print some things that have to be petg. I took a new nozzle for petg, and changed the z offset a littlebit.

Because petg is harder to print with I need some help.

My bed level tests come out ok however the bottom left side is alot higher then the rest. The results are in the picture below. The black thingies on the bottom are on the correct side so thats not the problem.

I didnt change alot between the settings for PLA and Petg. Im using orcaslicer and using the default settings for my printer.

Is this a bed level issue? Or would you reccomend changing other things in the slicer first?

Let me know!

Heyhey,

What kind of nozzle do you guys use for printing petg?

I was using a normal nozzle today, but after 2 or 3 calibration prints it messed everything up.

I changed from pla to petg, and now it won't print anything anymore in petg.

Havent tried pla yet, but gemini seems to advice me to use a nickel plated nozzle.

Any tips on this? Or anyone knows how to fix?

You can see it is gradually getting worse!

Please let me know if you have any tips!

Goedemorgen klussers!

Bedankt alvast!!!
