I have noticed that alot of the head option and I think at least one of the body options have goggles on. I was wondering if those goggles would fit a early Operation Barbarossa army (specifically summer - autumn 1941) as that is what I have bought them for. I started the hobby with Warhammer miniatures so naturally I started by using Citadel paints and have used them since. However, I see many people use Army Painter paints and I was wondering which you prefer? I have recently bought the 'Red Star Rising' starter set for the Soviet Union and I wanted to find out what the squad composition was like before I start making my models. What I mean by squad composition is basically how squads were set out and how many had a certain type of weapon. For example, a possible squad composition could be: 1 NCO with sub-machine gun, a second guy with a sub-machine gun, a light machine gunner, a loader, and 6 riflemen. Also if there are any special little pouches on the sprue that I need to add onto certain modles please let me know (for example the USA figure have special pouches for their SMG magazines). I saw a post a minute age asking how to paint 1941 Germans and I looked in the comments and someone posted a useful picture of German uniform. So with my next project being based around Operation Barbarossa in 1941 (specifically the summer to autum of 1941), I was wondering if anyone had some good reference images of historical uniform from that part to help me out with my future painting. The main uniforms I am looking for are Germans and Soviets (ideally in summer uniform), however if you have some good images for other Axis allies such as Romania, Hungary, and even Italy on the Eastern Front then they much appreciated aswell. I am going to start an Operation Barbarossa project, however sometimes of the Soviet armoured vehicles aren't available in plastic from Warlord Games. I have heard from some people that making the Rubicon plastic tanks is quite hard. So I was wondering what your guy's opinion on the building of Rubicon tanks is and how well you think they turn out.

I have been looking into playing Steel Division 2 and other WW2 strategy games that are similar to the Total War franchise most of them seem to focus on one part of the war rather than multiple parts. For example, Steel Division 2 is mainly set around the late 1944 - 45 time period which is fine, it is a great period in the war, however it doesn't include other periods which i personally find equally as interesting. I understand that this is due to a valid reason as it is very hard to balance the force compositions for the earlier war.

So basically to sum it up: I am looking for a WW2 game similar to Steel Division 2 and the total war games, but allows you to use divisions, units, and battles from across the whole span of the war. Any recommendations are welcomed, thanks!

Does anyone know if there are any good plastic 28mm Polish kits that are affordable to create a decent army. Or does anyone know how I can kitbash them using other plastic sets. Thanks!

I like in the UK and I am in year 11 (I am not sure the American equivalent but I am 16 years old), there is this girl I have really liked since the start of year 9. I first saw her in year 9 as we started to share a few of the same classes, then as we went into year 10 and 11 we continued to share quite a few classes such as maths, English, and the sciences. I have had very little interactions with her over the past couple of years but them most memorable one came this past week when we were signing shirts on leavers day and she asked if I could sign her shirt (which i obviously did). I have her added on Instagram but that doesn't really mean much as she has most people from my year group added.

I am not the most confident and popular person but I try my best to seem like a nice person. I have a decent number of friends but I only really have a couple really close friends. She is more popular than me and she is friends with the popular girls at my school but she isn't like the number 1 most popular girl in my year.

About a year ago my friends thought it would be funny to tell her friends that I like her, so I'm pretty sure she knows that I like her. Since then none of her friends or her herself have not come up to me and said anything.

The only think I worry about is texting her and her telling her friends and then I'd end up the laughing stock of the school or her friend group.

I really like her and I spend much of my time thinking about her and being with her. I just feel like she would be so perfect for me; we support the same football team, and our birthdays are only a couple days apart.

Maybe this is a hopeless situation and that i am just holding onto scraps but I really like her and I would be a really nice guy and be really good to her if I was given the opportunity.

Maybe reddit isnt the best place to ask for advice for this sort of stuff, but I dont really know where else to ask, so any help is welcomed.
