Fitbit Air + Bevel vs Helio Strap
Hi all,
I'm currently testing a Fitbit Air + Bevel against a Helio Strap + Zepp. So here are some bullet points I've gathered after a week of testing.
- Superior workout logging through Bevel. Zepp workout selection is literal trash, I mean, they don't even have "Leg Press" as a workout.
- Google Health gives you sleep stages for nap, Bevel and Zepp doesn't. Idk why it isn't in Bevel, since the data is already there, Bevel just need to read it.
- Zepp has a live workout widget on the lockscreen, I really like this since I don't have to unlock my phone during workout to check up on some basic metrics.
- Zepp has a calories tab where you can see your resting consumption and your activity consumption, it's cool to see.
- Overall, Zepp gives you more metrics for your workout like cadance, stride, and a speed chart/graph.
- Zepp also have a diagram of worked muscle groups after finishing a lifting session, Bevel only breaks them down by a pie chart with percentage, although this function is not very useful since workout log is so bad. I can't find a way to log workout (sets, reps, etc.) in Google Health after a workout, if there is, can someone show me please.
I wear both as a bicep band since I don't like having anything on my wrist. Both are comfortable to sleep with, Fitbit is like 10% more comfortable, I never notice the Fitbit, but I do sometimes have to adjust my Helio thorughout the day.
I'm gonna test both during a soccer session next week to see how they fair and decide which one to keep. Also, is there a point to test out the Cirqa at double the price?
