Sleep tracking

So this is my first apple watch always been a simple man who's tracked everything using my fitness pal and the extend battery life of the fitbit. But after upgrading to the iPhone 17 pro I thought I'd treat myself to the apple watch 11 to see what I was missing out on and it's made me question why I never did apple watch from the start!

Only had it a couple of weeks and I feel like I'm having some issues with the sleep tracking, so I'm currently using the health app, bevel and also fitnessview premium for the advanced complications it allows me to view pretty much any data I need to access at the tap of a button!

Tuesday last week was the last proper night I feel it tracked my sleep properly though!! I have tried taking the advice of people on here and tightening the strap just one hole tighter to see if that picks up more, I've tried restarting both the devices, switching wrists for sleep. Non of it is seeming to work as I know I got addcent sleep last night, might not of been 7/8 hours but it was definitely a 4/5 hour sleep minimum! I'll attach some photos.

Any apps specificly for sleep tracking or ways to sort this issue out as I can't seem to get to the bottom of it 🤷‍♂️ I went and bought a magnetic strap to see if I can get it to read from being any tighter but it was pretty damn tight before. When I first got the watch it was tracking sleep but not showing any deep sleep that’s when I first tried tightening the watch before bed and it seemed to work
