SolarSaga 200W charging cable
Recently the 8020 pin connection snapped and Jackery replaced the cable for me. Now my second panel/cord is not working properly and seems the connection isn’t working.
The actually pin connection didn’t fall out like before (see photo) but when troubleshooting, it only works if kept perfectly still in one specific position. I’m assuming the same thing has happened and the connector is coming loose inside somehow, but is there a way to fix this without constantly replacing it? Or any off brands that work just as good or better?
My wife and I are traveling in an RV and since you can’t buy Jackery cables anywhere but online, it’s been quite the issue trying to figure out getting these cables replaced. I also don’t want to wait over a week for Jackery to replace it, only for it to break again in a couple weeks or month.
