Dual San Rocco Festivals?

I moved out of Beaver County in 2017, and just moved back this passed October, first time I noticed, but why are there 2 San Rocco festivals?

I am assuming some type of drama occurred, I did some digging, and couldn’t figure out why there are 2 different festivals happening this weekend. I knew it had moved from the fields in Aliquippa, I iust didn’t know they spilt.

Any tea on it?

Tea stained hat fix-up help

A few months back I spilled some iced tea in my car, and then accidentally tossed my hat in it, and didn’t think anything of it.

I really would like to save the hat, but I’m not sure the best way to go about dying it, color wise, or execution.

Any advise?

Restarting/Rebooting island help.

I haven’t played in months and want to restart my island without losing everything, with the patches can I clear my island and restart?
